After dragging anchor in the sand with a hugh danforth anchor behind Islamorada, Fl on our 48’ Kadey Krogen in 25 kt winds, I was determined to find an purchase the ideal anchor at the 2015 Miami Boat Show.  We got the large Ultra and mounted it in Key West.

My test was in Morehead City, NC this fall in 35 kt winds with a sandy bottom and set the anchor alarm.  We were in a narrow anchorage but did not move at all that night.  I look forward to continuing test this winter on our trip back to Florida.

By the way, the Ultra looks great too.

Islamorada, Fl’nin arka tarafında 25 kt rüzgarda 48’ Kadney Krogen ile kumluk zeminde devasa danfort çapa ile taradıktan sonra, 2015 Miami Fuarında bizim için ideal olan çapayı bulmaya karar verdim. Büyük bir ULTRA alıp Ket West’de tekneye taktık.
35 kt rüzgarda Morehead City, NC’de kumluk zeminde bu bahar çapayı test etme şansım oldu ve çapa alarmını kurdum. Çok dar bir demir yerindeydik ancak bütün gece milim kıpırdamadık. Florida’ya dönünce kışın bu testleri yapmaya devam etmeyi dört gözle bekliyorum.
